Becoming a Business Cares Member

Welcome to the United Way 2-1-1 Business Cares membership page. Membership is on an annual basis.  Please contact our office to schedule a time when we can meet with your company to discuss Business Cares membership and services in more detail.  See our "What is it" page to find out more about our Business Cares services.

Membership for medium to large businesses

Community Champion $2,000

Our Community Champion members have the opportunity to select from the different offerings that Business Cares provides.  There is no limitation to the amount of services that Champion members can select.  Additionally, all Community Champion members will be recognized in Business Cares community relations materials and activities.

Community Builders $1,000

Our Community Builder members have the opportunity to choose 7 services from the different offerings that Business Cares provides in addition to the all member services without limitation. 

Good Citizens $750

Our Good Citizen members have the opportunity to choose 5 services from the different services that Business Cares provides.  *At this level of membership, the on-line employee volunteer hour tracking system, annual report of hours, and employee surveys are not available.

Membership for small businesses  (50 or fewer employees)

Community Champion $1,000

Our Community Champion members have the opportunity to select from the different offerings that Business Cares provides.  There is no limitation to the amount of services that Champion members can select.  Additionally, all Community Champion members will be recognized in Business Cares community relations materials and activities.

Community Builders $500
