When you or someone you care for need help with aging-related decisions, the United Way 2-1-1 staff is ready to answer your questions and connect you with resources in your area. Thanks to the collaboration with the Larimer County Office on Aging we are able to provide information and referrals on Housing Information, Nutrition, Transportation, Health Promotion, Long Term Care Ombudsman Program, Family Caregiver Support Program, Senior Citizen’s Property Tax Work-Off Program and many more.
