The Parent Education Network (PEN) is a collaborative group committed to providing a system of communication and access to parenting programs within Larimer County for parents, providers and referral agencies.

PEN's vision is that “All children in Larimer County will grow up in homes that value the importance of positive Parenting.”

The collaboration operates under the principles: for all parents to be effective in their role of nurturing children, parent education:  *is accessible, *honors diversity, *is skill and knowledge based, *is valued, *is offered in varied formats.
