Information and Referral Problem / Needs Categories

2-1-1 has adopted the AIRS Problem / Needs Categories for Information and Referral as a means to organize the incredibly wide range of inquiries handled by information and referral services. Thus, providing for a consistent and credible reporting of community needs across jurisdictions. Nationally referred to as the BIG COUNT. The Colorado 2-1-1 Collaboration in conjunction with each region submits the call detail for the national report. The categories and number of calls per category for the months of 2008- 2009 Fiscal year are:
