There are times in the development of organizations when it is time to set goals and objectives to take the organization to the next level – to develop stronger, more efficient programs, policies, and community support. At these times many non-profits wish they could hire a consultant with the expertise necessary to help them grow and accomplish their goals, but consulting can be a very expensive proposition for a non-profit with an already stretched budget. Through generous donations by T.A.P.'s funding partners we are able to offer reduced fee consulting and grant supported consulting. This consulting will be provided through Third Sector Enterprises by local experts, and may include requests for
- Strategic planning
- Development of a fund raising plan
- Meeting and retreat facilitation
- Development of personnel policies and manuals
- Many other possibilities to assist you meet your organizational goals!
To be eligible for this cost-saving benefit you must be a member of T.A.P.
TAP members are eligible for consulting services at reduced rates. The TAP cost is $75 per hour, but will only cost the member organization $50. The remaining cost is supported by local funding partners. Requests for reduced fee consulting services can be made at any time by the submission of a request form to FirstCall. TAP members are eligible for grant supported consulting services at deeply discounted rates. If awarded,a grant for consulting the cost to the agencies will be $25 per hour, with TAP providing a $50 match. If accepted, the nonprofit will receive a specified number of consultation hours. Applications for grant supported consulting will be reviewed by an independent review committee.
